Prices and VAT
All prices shown on this site are in Swiss francs and are the final amount you pay. Nothing is added at the door.
Tuition in dance and art is exempt from Swiss VAT under Art. 21 of the Federal Act on Value Added Tax, and studio hire below the annual turnover threshold is not subject to it either. If that changes, the prices on this site change with it and this paragraph is updated.
About the free trial class
The first class at AUCH Studio is free for people who have not been to a class here before, once, and it applies to the regular classes in our own timetable. Guest workshops, camps, battles and the studio hire are not part of it. Places are limited, so a trial class needs to be booked in advance through the contact form — turning up unannounced is not a booking. We may end or change the offer at any time; a class already confirmed to you stays confirmed.
Liability
For this website
We put real care into keeping the timetable, prices and dates on this site correct, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete and current at every moment. A class can be moved or cancelled after this page was last written. Nothing here is a binding offer in the sense of Art. 7 of the Swiss Code of Obligations: a booking becomes binding when we confirm it to you.
For links to other sites
Where we link to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps or anyone else, we have no control over what sits at the other end and take no responsibility for it. Those pages are governed by their own terms and their own privacy policies.
Copyright
The texts, photographs, videos, layout and the AUCH wordmark and logo on this site belong to AUCH Studio or to the photographers, teachers and dancers who made them, and are protected by Swiss copyright law. You are welcome to link to any page here and to share our posts. Copying photographs, video or substantial parts of the text for your own publication needs our written permission first. Ask us; we are usually happy to say yes.
The street map on the contact page is drawn from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database License. The typefaces are used under their own licences.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, as far as the law permits us to agree that. Before anything gets that far, please write to us — nearly everything is solvable over an email.
